The BasX A2+ is a two-channel power amplifier that delivers 160 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 250 watts per channel into 4 ohms, all channels driven, with a rated THD+N of less than 0.02% and an A-weighted signal-to-noise ratio of 112 dB.

Unlike some, digital only, power amps, the BasX A2+ utilises an analogue Class A/B amplifier stage. This preserves the music’s emotion and ‘flow’ in a way that many digital amps struggle to convey. Choice of XLR and RCA inputs
The latest BasX A2+ model now comes with both RCA and XLR inputs. XLR connectivity delivers a professional-grade link, with locking plugs and balanced connectivity to reduce electrical interference. If your existing components only features RCA connections, these are catered for too, meaning the A2+ is suitable for all applications. Heavy duty, insulated and gold-plated speaker sockets accept thicker cables and 4mm banana plugs.
