At Kronos AV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please ensure all packaging, accessories, and documentation are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team via email or our online portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer's box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are securely in place to prevent transit damage.

  • 3.
    Shipping and Tracking

    Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package back to our service center using a tracked and insured courier service.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition and functionality of the returned electronics, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
