The Pick it MM 5 is equipped with a nude elliptical stylus tip, resulting in a highly detailed sound reproduction. The cartridge reveals all the micro details of a record, which are hidden by a lower quality cartridge. The instruments can be located very clearly and vocals are separated from the stereo image creating a big sound stage.

The cartridge is made from a unique combination of technologies, one of which is Ortofon‘s split pole pins in the generator system. This enables the cartridge to have a flat frequency response, which is comparable to MC cartridges.
